Return & Exchange Policy

At Musk o Mirza, we are committed to providing premium-quality fragrances. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a fragrance has been dispatched, we cannot ensure its condition or that it has not been used or altered, which would prevent us from reselling it.
If a scent you’ve purchased does not meet your expectations, we recommend reselling it through dedicated fragrance communities such as Facebook fragrance groups, where there is an active market for pre-owned perfumes.
